Flexible PC-controlled high-performance circular sawing centre PSU 450 A combines economical cuts and high plant output with outstanding operating convenience. Its high level of automation and its flexibility cover a wide application spectrum. It is capable of processing profiles and pipes as well as solid material of different dimensions in fully automatic operation. Three servo motor axes for material length positioning, mitre angle setting and the discharge gripper ensure maximum plant throughput. The discharge device grips the part to be sawn, and once the cut is complete deposits it out of the machine area in a freely programmable position. Suitable infeed magazines are also supplied from a single source by BEHRINGER EISELE. Link-up to automated storage systems is also possible.

Robust and durable

The heart of the PSU saw unit is the worm gear unit with EISELE shock-absorbing feature, produced in-house. It is heavy duty and provides for a smooth, low-vibration running of the saw, which, of course, has a positive impact on the quality of the cutting surface and the blade life.
